What helps us price an insulation job

• Photos. The attic from the hatch, the basement rim joist, the inside of the barn roof. Phone photos are fine.
• Rough size. Square footage of the house or building, or the length and width of a shop.
• What's there now. Bare studs, old batts, blown-in fill, or nothing.
• The problem you're trying to fix. Ice dams, a cold room over the garage, frozen pipes, dripping steel, a high gas bill.
• Where it is. We're based in Wausau, WI and work around Marathon County. If you're farther out than makes sense for us, we'll say so and suggest you look closer to home.

Every price comes after we've seen the job, in person or from good photos. We don't give a per-square-foot number over the phone without knowing the building, because the prep, access and air sealing often matter more than the foam.
